Greg Stevens

With over 20 years of experience in restaurant management, training and operations, Greg  has learned the importance of team-building, along with matching the proper leadership with the right restaurant concept. With experience in quick-service, fast-casual and full-service restaurant environments, his understanding of systems and processes that allow for a restaurant’s success is proven and backed by years of positive results. Greg has been responsible for nearly 100 new restaurant openings in his career, which include all items from management sourcing, branding, interior design, menu design, team member training, local store marketing, and all operational functions.

 With 15+ years of retail management and another 10+ years of administration experience, Lisa’s strength is the “people” side of the business. Her success with some of the nation’s largest apparel retailers was possible because of a great understanding that great people are the key to a successful business.
